Verse 1

Here I enter His presence
Humbly and boldly
In the Holy of Holies
Where my anchor holds

Verse 2

In the joy and the sorrow
When facing defeat
There is one name I call and
He meets here with me

Chorus 1

I'm gonna pray when the trouble rises
I'm gonna pray like a battle cry
Not gonna face this life alone
I'll take it to the throne

Chorus 2

I'm gonna praise
When the sea splits open
I'm gonna praise
When the giants fall
In every high and every low
I'll take it to the throne

Verse 3

He has called me beloved
With a holy decree
At the words of my Savior
All my enemies flee

Verse 4

And I'll stand with my hands
Held high
Whatever this life may bring
Why would I ever bow to fear
When my Father is the King

Chorus 1

I'm gonna pray when the trouble rises
I'm gonna pray like a battle cry
Not gonna face this life alone
I'll take it to the throne

Chorus 2

I'm gonna praise
When the sea splits open
I'm gonna praise
When the giants fall
In every high and every low
I'll take it to the throne

Bridge

Where else would I go
You're my only hope
I can't fight alone
Take it to the throne
Everything I have
Holding nothing back
Only place I know
Take it to the throne

Chorus 1

I'm gonna pray when the trouble rises
I'm gonna pray like a battle cry
Not gonna face this life alone
I'll take it to the throne

Chorus 2

I'm gonna praise
When the sea splits open
I'm gonna praise
When the giants fall
In every high and every low
I'll take it to the throne
